Tonight we learned how to make flowers, pearls, and shells. Sooo--- here is my cake!! I was actually able to finish it in class, and take pictures of it right away, so that Levi could eat it. I asked my teacher tonight what you had to do to become a professional cake decorator, and she said just practice and get good! No certifications or licenses are required! Woo Hoo! Oh- and I found out tonight that the guy from "the Ace of Cakes" on the Food Network- charges $1000 starting and he has a year long wait list! Next week is my last class for the 1st session. Session 2 starts in November- I am definately going to keep going! This is fun!
